Doing Everything We Can for the Health of Our Children
The Chicago Daily Herald reports that parents are backing in-school immunizations for the Swine Flu for their kids. As a parent, I support this idea.
As a parent, I also recommend that hand-washing be greatly encouraged in schools and the use of cleanable computer equipment. Specifically, washable keyboards and mice. With kids constantly on the computer and sharing computer keyboards, keyboards can become a breeding ground for disease.
